Tips to make family photos fast and easy for everyone

One of the hardest parts of a wedding is gathering everyone up for group photos, it’s also the most time consuming.

So to keep everything running smoothly here are some tips so you can go back to celebrating as soon as possible…

Keep to 8-10 groups. This will take around 30minutes. From calling names, to getting everyone in the right place to taking multiple photos in case we have any blinkers.

Send me the list before the day! I can re-order it to what will work well and the quickest.

Think about your timeline. It’s best to do group photos shortly after the ceremony when everyone’s still close by. The later it gets the more guests spread out and it’s harder to find them!

Grab some help! On a wedding day I have the list but I don’t know who I’m looking for. It’s best to have someone from each family to locate who we need.
